Items purchased online at auclairgloves.com can be submitted for warranty review within 1 year from the date of purchase.
Please do not send damaged or defective items back to Auclair Sports. Approval of all warranty issues are at the discretion of customer service for Auclair Sports.
Defective items that fall under Auclair's warranty policy will be replaced with the same item free of charge.
For a replacement request please fill in the Warranty Claim Form.
Any damage that is not a manufacturing defect is not covered by the warranty. Such as:
- Any damage caused by misuse of the product or excessive use of the product
- Failure to observe care instructions
- Damage caused by rips, cuts or tears
- Product that has been modified or altered
The Auclair warranty applies when the retailer's warranty is no longer applicable. If the product is still guaranteed at the retailer, please contact them. We will not replace any products that are still under the store's return policy.
If the store warranty no longer applies, please provide us with a clear picture of the product’s original receipt. Without proof of purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to replace the product.
